Associate Veterinarian

Responsible for seeing and coordinating dog and cat patients for wellness and illness appointments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and surgery. We offer a 35 hour week with competitive salary and benefits, no on call time, and a commitment to continuing education.

Certified Veterinary Technician’s are licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. This exciting position is the “right hand” of the veterinarian. You will complete exams, administer vaccinations, collect blood and urine samples, take radiographs, and perform anesthesia. You are also responsible for client communication and supervising patient care.

Doctor’s Assistant

This positions is the Doctor and CVT’s primary support, requiring skills in basic animal handling, caregiving, and medicating.  The assistant also runs labwork, vaccines, and medications, and helps with important hospital upkeep.

Client Service Representative (CSR)

The CSR is the face, ear, and voice of the hospital, interacting with clients on a daily basis to help schedule appointments, answer questions, and check patients in and out. They are the first person a client interacts with at our office and should be friendly, able to solve problems, and be empathetic with our clients as well as loving pets!

My Neighborhood Vet is different than other hospital because Dr. Ross is definitely one of the greatest doctors out there, he hears clients concerns and always does the best of his ability to accommodate and do what best for each client and patient in every situation, he aims for the best outcome for every patient no matter what.
