Michelle

Michelle joined the My Neighborhood Vet team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in July 2020. She quickly demonstrated her abilities to learn our system and build strong client relationships, which made her a natural fit for our Lead CSR position when it became available. Michelle does an amazing job leading our CSR team and really enjoys continuing to learn and being in a great team environment. When not in the office, she spends time with her son, Heyden, her Toy Poodle, Brigitte, and her Yorkie, Loki and likes to go to the gym and Target! Someday Michelle hopes to open a gym where people can feel free to bring their pets (My Neighborhood Functional Fitness maybe)?
